2 Cans Veg-All, drained
1 C Onion, chopped
1 C Cheddar Cheese, grated
3/4 C Mayonnaise
1 sleeve Ritz Crackers, crushed
1 stick Margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients. Pour into buttered casserole dish, top with the crushed crackers. Pour melted margarine over the top and bake for 30 minutes at 350º.
