Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 T. flour
4 - 6 medium sized onions (clean & cut out indention on top)
4-6 pats of butter
small amount of dried crushed mint
1 cup white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Place whole onions in big cooking bag,which has been dusted with 1 T. flour.
Add one pat of butter on each onion and mint on top.
Pour wine in bag and close.
Make slits in top of bag.
Place in 325 -350 oven and bake until tender
