1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 3)
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup oil

Icing
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 box podered sugar or 4 cups powdered sugar
1 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cake mix, eggs, bananas, sour cream, and oil with mixer on low until moistened, scraping bottom of bowl often. Beat at high 2 minutes.
Pour into 2 greased and floured cake pans or 1 (9x13) pan.
Bake 30-35 minutes at 350.


Cool cake 10 minutes in cake pans before flipping. When completely cooled, make icing and spread over top and sides. Sprinkle walnuts on sides.

Icing:
Beat cream cheese and butter with mixer on medium until blended. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating well after each addition.
