2 Lb Ground Beef
2 Eggs, beaten
1-2 sleeves (to taste) Saltine Crackers, crushed
1 pkt Meatloaf seasoning
Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
1 Small Onion, diced or 1 pkt Onion Soup Mix
Milk (just enough to mix together)
Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except ketchup in a large bowl and mix together with hands to blend thoroughly. Place into one large loaf pan or two smaller ones (preferably with screens on the bottom to hold the meatloaf off the grease). Bake in 350 oven for 45 min-1 hr, removing and adding ketchup to top in last 15 minutes.
