1 to 1 1/2 Lbs of Conecuh Sausage
1 to 2 C of Onions, chopped
1 (sm) Can of Sliced Carrots, drained and rinsed
2 (15oz) Cans Glory Turnip Greens, (drained and rinsed)
2 (15oz) Cans Black Eyed Peas
1 Can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies, drained
2 to 3 Cans of Chicken Broth
1 t Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 t Black Pepper
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sausage into 1/4" thick slices and brown with onions in a soup pot. Add carrots, turnip greens, peas and ro-tel. Add chicken broth to generously cover vegetables. Add red pepper flakes and black pepper to taste. Taste soup and add salt, if desired. Simmer for 15 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve with cornbread and enjoy.
