*GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST*
1½ C. crushed graham crackers (24 squares)
¼ C. sugar
½ C. melted butter

*FILLING*
3 packages of cream cheese
½ C. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
½ pint sour cream

*TOPPING*
½ pint sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
½ tsp. vanilla

*GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST*
Layer pans with mixed ingredients. Bake 7-8 minutes at 350º.

*FILLING*
Cream sugar and cream cheese together with a spoon or fork. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. Pour over graham cracker crust. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.

*TOPPING*
Spread or meringue over the baked filling. Bake another 5 minutes. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
