2 Zucchini
2 Yellow Squash
2 Tomatoes
1 large Vidalia Onion
2 T each Dill, Parsley, Oregano, Mint
Salt, Pepper
1/2 Cup EVOO
3 Lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Cut zucchini, squash into fourths. Cut Tomato in half. Slice Onion 1/4 inch. Place in large size storage bag.

In a bowl mix together Herbs, salt, pepper, EVOO, Zest of all 3 lemons and juice.

Pour into bag and place in refrigerator for 1 hour. Can go longer if needed.

Grilled until veggies are soft.
