Ingredients:  
- C. chopped onion
cube ( C) butter
C white uncooked rice
2 C chicken broth
2 tsp Knorr Suiza Tomate (Tomato Bouillon W/Chicken flavor
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter till soft.
Mix tomato bouillon with chicken broth, add to sauted onion.
Add salt and stir in rice.
Simmer, approximately, covered, slowly till tender.
Add water as needed.
