1 c milk
2 Tbls fat shortening
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp salt
1 pkg yeast
3 to 4 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Work in 2 c flour. Add puffed yeast. Add 1 c milk. Let rise to double in bulk. Then add salt and rest of flour. Cover and let rise to double. Work down and put in fridge about 1 to 1 1/2 hr. When you want to bake, take out and work into rolls. Let rise to double in bulk and bake at 425 º about 15 min
