1 Tbls Flour
1 3lb smoked boneless pork shoulder butt
1 27 oz can Libbys Sauerkraut, draned
1/4 c (finely packed) brown sugar
1 med apple, pared and diced
1/2 to 3/4 tsp caraway seed
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place flour in 14 x 20 inch cooking bag; shake to coat inside. Place pork in bag; close with twist tie. Place bag in 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking pan. Puncture 6 small slits in top of bag. Bake at 350 deg for 2 hours. Remove from oven; open bag. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon over and around pork. Retire bag. Bake for 40 minutes longer
