1 egg plus enough water to measure 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons softened butter
3 cups Bread Flour
1 teaspoon Bread Machine Yeast

Lemon Curd

Directions:
Directions:
Select the Sweet or Basic/White bread machine cycle.
Use Medium or Light crust color.
Do not use delay cycles.
Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.

Serve with Lemon Curd.
