Casserole Ingredients:

2-3 medium sweet potatoes (2 pounds), baked or microwaved
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoons light cream or milk

Pecan Sauce Ingredients:

1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup light cream
1 cup pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and mash potatoes while still warm. Season with butter and salt. Whip potatoes with mixer while adding enough light cream to make a light, fluffy mixture. Spread in a greased 9-inch pie plate and top with pecan sauce.

Pecan Sauce Instructions:

Combine sugar, cream and butter. Boil 2-3 minutes. Arrange pecans on top of potatoes and top with sauce.

Preheat over to 350 degrees. Bake 20-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
