COLD FUDGE SUNDAE
Bottom:
1 stick of butter melted (not completely)
1 cup of flour
3/4 c chopped nuts. Mix together
Pat into bottom of 9x13 oblong glass dish
Bake 350 for 10 minutes
2nd layer:
1-8 oz cream cheese @ room temp
1 c 10x sugar
1 -8oz cool whip.
Mix together and put mixture over crust.
3rd layer:
2 pkgs instant cocolate pie filling
3 cups milk
spread over 2nd layer
4th layer:
8 oz of cool whip on top

Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
