Sweet Potatoes
3 c mashed sweet potatoes (either canned or boiled in water)
1 c granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c butter
1 tbls vanilla

TOPPING
1 c brown sugar
1/3 c flour
1/3 c butter
1 c chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
SWEET POTATOES: mix together sweet potatoes granulated sugar eggs, 1/2 c butter and vanilla. pour into greased casserole dish.
TOPPING: mix brown sugar and flour with butter add nuts. sprinkle on top of casserole and bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes.
