Marinade:
3 Tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
3 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 small clove garlic, minced

1-¼ lbs beef, top round steak, approx 1-¼" thick

Rolls or buns for sandwiches.

Directions:
Mix together the marinade. Score steak on both sides about ¼" deep. Put steak into marinade turning to coat both sides. Cover and refrigerate 6 hrs or overnight. Bring to room temp.

Preheat broiler. Place steak on rack 4- 6 " from heat source. Broil 12 - 15 minutes, until medium rare. Let stand for 5 minutes then thinly slice. Serve on rolls.
