1 whole cut-up Chicken
2 - 4 diced Onions
4 stalks Celery, chopped
4 tablespoons Oil
1 cup Flour
Salt & Pepper
2 tablespoons Parsley
Cooked Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry chicken. Add salt, pepper and flour in a bag then add the chicken. Once coated, fry the chicken in oil in a heavy pot. Add onions and celery until brown. Add water to cover. Simmer 2 - 3 hours. Add parsley. Thicken gravy if necessary by adding 2 tablespoons flour and 1/4 cup water. Serve over rice.
