2-3 cloves chopped Garlic
6 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 14 oz. can Artichoke Hearts (drained and chopped)
2 beaten Eggs
1 1/2 cups Italian Bread Crumbs
1 cup Romano Cheese
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Saute garlic in olive oil in a skillet.
Add the artichoke hearts and simmer for two minutes.
Fold in eggs and simmer for two minutes.
Add bread crumbs and cheese and cook for two minutes.
Cool.
Form into balls.
Roll in crumbs.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for ten minutes.
