20-22 lb. whole bone in ham
2 cups brown sugar
20 whole cloves
1 16 oz. can sliced pineapple
Marachino cherries

Directions:
Directions:
1.Trim excess fat off ham
2. Place ham in large roaster pan with one inch of water in bottom. Pat one and a half cups of brown sugar on top of ham and place in 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
3. Baste ham and reduce temperature to 250 degrees. Continue to baste ham every hour and bake for 2 more hours.
4. Remove roaster from oven and score ham diagonally in 1 inch squares. Place a clove in slices. Add pineapple slice over entire top of ham. Place a maracheno cherry on a toothpick and place in center of pineapple. Sprinkle with remaining brown sugar and return to oven for additional hour.
