2 lbs. Pork Loin, cubed
2/3 c. Cracker Crumbs
1 1/2 t. Salt
1 t. Paprika
3/4 t. Poultry Seasoning (bouillon)
1 Egg, beaten
2 T. Milk
3 T. Shortening
1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
1/2 c. Boiling Water

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork cubes onto skewers. Combine crumbs, salt, paprika and seasoning together. Combine egg and milk. Dip meant in egg mixture and them in cracker mixture. Brown slowly in shortening. Dissolve bouillon in water. Add to meat. Cover and bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Uncover and make an additional 30 minutes.
