1 1-in thick Round Steak
5 slices Bacon
6 Potatoes
1 Onion
Directions:
Directions:
Place aluminum foil in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Place the bacon in the bottom of the dish. Put the round steak on top of the bacon. Dice the potatoes and onions; spread on top of steak. Bake for about 3 hours at 325º.

Helpful notes: Can sprinkle with crushed red pepper before baking.
