1½ lbs. Ground Beef
2 cups Bread Crumbs
1 Egg beaten
1½ cups Milk
⅛ tsp. Sage or Poultry Seasoning
2 tsp. Salt
¾ tsp. Pepper
¼ tsp. Dry Mustard
4 tbsp. Onion, minced

For Sauce
1 12 oz. can Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp. Vinegar
2 tbsp. prepared Mustard
½ cup Water
2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all loaf ingredients thoroughly, and put in greased loaf pan 9'x5'x3". Mix the sauce ingredients and pour over loaf. Bake at 350º for 1-1½ hours.
