Pudding:
2 tbsp. Minute Tapioca
¼-½ cup Molasses
1 tbsp. Butter
1 qt. Milk
2 tbsp. Cornmeal
⅓ cup Sugar
Pinch of Salt

Molasses Sauce:
1 cup Cream
½ cup Molasses
Little Ginger
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, pour into a casserole dish and bake in a slow (300º) oven for 1 hour or until done.

Make molasses sauce with 1 cup cream, ½ cup molasses and a little ginger. Cook together for a few minutes and add 1 tsp. vanilla.
