1/2 cup sugar
Carton of strawberries
1 pkg. cool whip

Directions:
Prepare boxed cake mix, let cool completely. While cake is in sugar to draw out moisture. Place in fridge. When cake is baked and cooled, place strawberry mixture on top cake, layer the cool whip on top and serve.
