1 pkg. Angel Food Cake
3 tbsp. Orange Juice
1/4 tsp. Almond Extract
2 1/2 c. Milk
2 pkg. Vanilla Flavored Pudding
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
2 pkg. Frozen Mixed Berries Thawed and Drained (12 oz.)

Cut cake into cubes into large bowl. Combine orange juice and almond extract. Drizzle over cake cubes and toss.

Pour milk into another bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk until blended. Stir in 1 c. cool whip. Fold gently.

Layer 1/2. cake cubes into serving bowl. Top with berries then pudding mixture. Repeat layers. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 to 6 hrs before serving. Top with remaining 1/2 c. cool whip before serving.
