4 cups chicken, cooked and diced
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. MSG
2 cups chopped celery
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. onion, finely minced
3 jars pimentos, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups potato chips, crushed
1 cup grated cheese
2/3 cup toasted almonds, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except potato chips, cheese and almonds. Place in a \arge
rectangular dish. Top with cheese, chips, and almonds. Let stand overnight in
refrigerator. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes.
