4 parts Ground Beef (80% lean)
1 part Ground Pork
1 egg per pound of meat
1/2 can progresso Italian bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl add ground beef and ground pork (4:1 ratio)
Mix with hands until fairly uniform
Add 1 egg per pound of meat in bowl
Mix in yolk and whites to distribute stickiness
Add in bread crumbs
Mix with hands to evenly distribute (bread crumbs will dry out meatball if too much throughout or if in clumps)

Heat oven to broil at 375 degrees
Form approx 2 inch in diameter balls and place on top of a broil pan
Can place meatballs close together to make all fit (we fit 5 lbs of meat into balls on one broiler pan)

Broil 30-45 min in oven, or until center is not pink

Personal Notes:
I would add some crushed red pepper and more seasoning into meatballs next time, but original recipe did taste good in the meatball sub cheesy bake!
