Preheat oven to 350º
Place butter in 1½ quart casserole (spray with non stick spray) place in oven to melt. Crush saltines and put in milk. Beat eggs and add to crackers and milk. Grate cheese and fold into milk mixture. Pour into casserole dishl with melted butter. Bake for one hour. Serve immediately as it will start falling as soon as it cools. It is still good to eat but does not look as good. I like to sprinkle with paprika before cooking, this adds color.
