3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick margarine

TOPPING
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, egg, vanilla, milk, margarine, and salt. Pour into casserole dish. Top with brown sugar, flour, pecans, margarine, and vanilla. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
