1 cup water (for the instant pot)
bell peppers
1 cup cooked white rice
1 lb hamburger, raw
small onion chopped fine
1 egg
1/4 c bread crumbs
1 TB minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 TB paprika
1 TB Worcestershire sauce
shredded cheese (optional)
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce , divided in 1/2

Directions:
Directions:
1. place 1 cup water in the bottom of the instant pot
2. cut the tops off the peppers and clean the seeds and membrane out. Poke a few holes in the bottom and place on trivet in the instant pot
3. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl except only half of the tomato sauce
4. fill each pepper and pour the remaining sauce over the top
5. close instant pot and manual cook high pressure for 10 min. with a 5 min NPR then manual release
6. internal temp of hamburger should be 165. if they are not done cook for 2-3 more min. each instant pot cooks a little different.
