Beans:
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can red kidney beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 can white beans, drained
1 red pepper, seeded and chopped
1 cup finely chopped celery
½ cup chopped green onion

For dressing:
2 cloves garlic, pressed or very finely chopped
Add:
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard
½ tsp crushed basil
¼ tsp black pepper
⅓ to ½ cup olive oil.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beans, pepper, celery, and onion and toss lightly. Shake all dressing dressing ingredients together well, pour over beans and gently toss. Chill.
