2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs

2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon flour

3 cups grated carrots

Icing:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick butter
1/2 box powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix sugar and oil.
Add eggs and beat well.
Sift all dry ingredients, then add to egg mixture and mix well.
Fold in grated carrots.
Pour into 13x9 inch pan sprayed with Pam
Bake for 35-40 minutes and cool.

Make icing: Beat cream cheese with butter, sugar and vanilla, then fold in Cool Whip.
Spread on cake and refrigerate.
