Leg of Lamb, cut up into 1" cubes
6 tbsp. Lemon Juice
4 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tbsp. Onion, grated
tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. Ginger
1 clove, Garlic, mashed
2 tsp. Curry Powder
1 tbsp. Salt

For Skewers - Mushroom Caps, Green Peppers, Canned Pineapple Chunks, tiny Tomatoes, and Onions

Directions:
Combine all ingredients to make marinade. Marinate lamb cubes for at least 6 hours. Skewer the lamb with the vegetable and pineapple chunks. Broil 45 minutes, turning.
