1 tbsp. crushed Cardamon Seed
1 qt. Red Wine
1 qt. White Wine
1 cup Gin
1 cup Sugar
1 stick Cinnamon
tsp Cloves
tsp Nutmeg

1 cup Raisins
Small piece Lemon Peel

Directions:
Directions:
Add first 8 ingredients to pot and heat, but do not boil. Add 1 cup raisins and a small piece of lemon peel before serving.
