1 pound Ground Beef
1 chopped Onion
1 Egg
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup Milk
Salt and Pepper

Mix together and bake in loaf pan for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Pour off excess grease.

Sauce:

1 cup Ketchup
2 tablespoons Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
3 tablespoons Sugar
1 cup Water

Boil sauce on stove for 20 minutes. Pour over meatloaf and bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
