6 cups peeled, sliced fresh peaches
2 cups fresh blueberries
⅓ cup brown sugar (packed)
2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tsp cinnamon

Topping

1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup brown sugar (packed)
3 tbsp soft butter

It's hard to find a better-tasting fruit desert than this one. If you cook it in a microwave , it only takes 10 minutes.

In a 8 cup baking dish, combine peaches and blueberries. In a small bowl, combine sugar, flour and cinnamon; add to fruit and toss to mix.

Topping

Combine rolled oats, sugar and cinnamon; with a pastry blender or 2 knives, cut butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of fruit mixture.

Bake in 350º oven for 25 minutes or Microwave on high for 10 minutes or until mixture is bubbling and fruit is barely tender. Serve warm or cold. Makes 8 servings
