3 cups flour ¼ tsp baking powder
1 ½ tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp ginger
2 cups sugar 1 cup oil
3 eggs 2 cups zucchini, shredded
1 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together . Mix wet ingredients and add the dry ingredients and 1 cup chopped walnuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
