1 Gal Water
3 Qt Apple Juice
3 Qt Cranberry Juice
1½ Cups Kosher Salt
1½ Cups Brown Sugar
10 Whole Cloves
1 tsp Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salt, brown sugar, cloves and nutmeg in a pot with enough liquid to heat and dissolve salt and sugar. Combine with the remaining liquid and allow to cool. Once cool, place cleaned turkey into liquid and refrigerate over night. Remove from brine and place turkey on smoker or other cooking device.
