1 1/2 Cups Butter
2 1/2 Sugar or (2 Cups of Sugar Free Substitute and 1/2 Cup Regular Sugar)
5 Eggs
3 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons Lemon Extract
3/4 Cup 7-Up

If Sugar Free Substitute was used, bake on 200 degrees until cake starts to rise and increase heat to 300 degrees.

Cream sugar and butter together and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Add flour, beat in lemon extract and 7-Up. Pour batter into well greased and floured Jumbo Fluted Mold. Bake at 200 degrees until cake rises. Increase heat to 325 degrees until done , when it starts to brown. Take cake from pan after cake sits 15 minutes..
