2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
⅔ cup sugar
2 Tbsp melted shortening
½ cup nuts
¾ cup dried apricots, chopped
1 egg
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Blend together, pour into pan. Let stand for 20 minutes. Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
