8 qt box nonfat dry milk powder
6 oz jar powdered non-diary coffee creamer
1 lb powdered sugar
16 oz can presweetened cocoa powder

Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Store in airtight container. For each serving combine ¾ cup water to ¼ cup hot chocolate mix. Top with marshmallows

Yields 15 cups
