1 cup heavy whipping cream
8 ounces Mascarpone cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon Amaretto liquor
2 cups strong coffee, cooled
1 pack lady fingers
cocoa powder for dusting
Directions:
Directions:
Beat whipping cream, sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
Add in Mascarpone cheese and Amaretto and whip to stiff peaks.
Place one layer of lady fingers in dish.
Spoon 1 cup of coffee over lady fingers.
Spread half of the whipped cream mixture over soaked lady fingers.
Repeat with another layer of lady fingers, coffee and whipped cream mixture.
Dust the top of dessert with cocoa powder.
Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
