1 1/4 Cup Sugar or 1 1/2 Cup Sugar Free Substitute
1 Stick Butter or Margarine, melted
3 Tablespoons Flour
3 Eggs, blended or 4 Eggs if sugar substitute was used
1 Tablespoon vanilla or lemon Flavor
1 Cup Buttermilk
Dash of Nutmeg
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
Add another teaspoon Vanilla if Sugar Free Substitute was used

Bake in un-baked 9" (deep dish) . Dot bottom of pie pan with a fork. Mix butter and sugar together. Add blended eggs.
Mix flour together. Blend other ingredients. Cover pie rim with foil or use brought pie rim. Place pie on cookie sheet to bake. Pour batter in pan. Bake in 350 degrees 10 minutes and decrease the temperature to 325 degrees until done. Takes about 1 hour.

if sugar substitute was used, bake in 325 degrees 10 minutes and decrease the temp to 275 degrees until done.
