2 eggs
bacon, sausage or ham
veggies of your choice (bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, spinach)

Directions:
Directions:
In a quart size FREEZER baggie;
Spray the inside of bag with Pam cooking spray
Add two eggs, veggies, salt and pepper
Mix all together (pulse it all together with your hand on the outside of bag)
Remove all air out of bag and seal it well.
Place in boiling water for 16 minutes, flipping bag after 8 minutes.
Should slide right out onto plate.
