1 and 1/2 cups chocolate Graham Teddy Bears, crushed
1 cup almonds, crushed
1/3 cup sugar
1 stick butter, melted

Filling:
8 ounce cream cheese
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tablespoon Amaretto liqeuer
1/2 pint whipping cream
3 egg whites
1/2 cup sliced almonds

Amaretto liqeuer (when serving)
Directions:
Directions:
Make the crust by mixing chocolate crumbs with almonds, sugar and butter.
Press into 2 greased Pyrex pie pans.
Brown the half cup of sliced almonds in butter. Set aside.
In bowl, beat the cream cheese with sugar.
Add egg yolks and amaretto.
In another bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff and fold into the cheese mixture.
In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff, then fold into the cheese mixture.
Pour into the chocolate crusts and freeze.

When ready to serve, sprinkle tops of pies with sliced almonds browned in butter.
To serve, pour 1 tablespoon amaretto over each slice of pie.
