1 ½ bags orida cubed hash browns (country style – no peppers/onions)
1 can Cream of celery soup
1 small brick of Velveeta cheese chopped into cubes
16 oz regular sour cream
½ yellow onion chopped very fine
1 cup or more of grated cheddar cheese for topping
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-Don’t thaw potatoes. Mix frozen potatoes, soup, and sour cream, onion and Velveeta cheese. -Place in greased pan
-Bake 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Top with cheddar and parm cheese, and bake for about 20 minutes more.
