2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 ripe tomato, chopped
2 lg. pkgs. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can mushrooms, sliced
1 can tomatoes and green chilies
1 6oz. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. flour shells
1 pkg. taco seasoning
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion, add tomatoes (drained), taco seasoning, mushrooms, tomato with green chilies and tomato sauce . Cook for 10 minutes. Grease 9x13 inch pan. Place flour shells on bottom, add meat, then cheese. Keep layering. Top with sour cream and more cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 350
