1-6 ounce can crab meat 1 TBSP lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise 1 can shrimp or 1 bag frozen
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup 3 cups cooked rice (hint: 1 cup raw=3 cups cooked)
1 cup milk 1 small can mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Saute’ 1 green pepper (optional), ½ cup chopped onion and 1 cup diced celery. Pepper to taste. Mix all of the above and top with Pepperidge Farm stuffing or bread crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Use on large or two small casserole dishes. This can be frozen. Serves 9-12.
