6-8 slices ham, cooked 1 cup Cheddar or
8-10 medium potatoes, American cheese, grated
pared & thinly sliced 1- 10 ¾ ounce can Cheddar
diced onion, to taste Cheese soup, undiluted
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Toss sliced potatoes in ½ tsp cream of tartar and 1 cup water. Drain. Put in crock-pot in layers…potatoes, sat & pepper, Cheddar Cheese soup, Cheddar cheese, onion, ham. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
