1 and 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 and 1/2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
9 inch deep pie crust

Beat together sugar and eggs.
Add potatoes, vanilla, spices and butter.
Mix, then add milk.
Pour into pie shell and bake 350 degrees for about an hour.
