15 ounce can pumpkin
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon maple flavoring
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

9 inch Graham cracker crust

Walnut Topping:
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In bowl, combine all pie ingredients and pour into pie shell.
Bake for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 30 minutes.
Make topping: Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon and cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in nuts.
Top pie with crumb mixture and return to oven for 10 minutes.
Cool and refrigerate.
